Website content is general education and marketing information for personal training services. It is not medical advice and does not create a client relationship until John accepts a client for training.
Submitting a readiness consult request does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or a particular training outcome. John may decline or defer training when provider clearance, scope, location, or fit is not appropriate.
Pricing, availability, and service logistics may change after John confirms current terms directly.
