The readiness form asks for contact details, city or ZIP code, general training context, clearance status, goals, location preference, and consent to the personal-training boundary.

Do not submit detailed medical records through the website. Sensitive details should be discussed directly with John and, when needed, with your licensed provider.

Form submissions are delivered by email to John at awaitting.valhalla@gmail.com through Resend, an email delivery provider. If that delivery fails, the site shows phone and email fallback options so your request is not lost silently. Your request itself is not stored in a website database, and there is no customer portal or login.

The site does keep an anonymous record that a request was sent, so John can tell how many people are reaching out. That record holds the date and the fixed choices you picked from the dropdown lists, such as whether you have been cleared and whether you would prefer to train at a gym or at home. It does not include your name, email address, phone number, city, or anything you typed in your own words.

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. Analytics records page views and anonymous interaction events such as whether a form was submitted. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, or anything you typed into the form. You can block this with any standard browser privacy setting or ad blocker.

Consult requests live in John's email inbox and are kept for as long as he needs them to follow up with you. There is no mailing list, no third-party scheduling tool, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. To have your request deleted, email awaitting.valhalla@gmail.com and ask.
